• due to the intimate nature of this work, all guests must provide proof of full vaccination in order to schedule an appointment.

• if you are feeling ill or have been in contact with someone who has tested positive within the past 7 days, please reschedule your appointment at least one week after exposure. if you arrive at your appointment showing any symptoms of illness (for example, cough, fever, shortness of breath) katalina has the right to refuse service and you will forfeit your deposit.

• please do not schedule an appointment if you do not agree to all policies, terms and conditions listed. failure to follow these health and safety protocols will result in refusal of service and you will forfeit your deposit.

• for safety, doors are locked so please remember to text katalina when you arrive (she will send you a reminder text the day of your appointment). due to the 1-on-1 nature of her appointments, she will not be able to greet you earlier than your scheduled time slot.

• face masks are required to enter the studio and are to be worn at all times. if you do not have a mask or if your mask is not adequate, katalina will ask you to replace your mask with a mask provided by the studio. your mask must fully cover your nose and mouth during your entire service. if it is taken off during your service, the service will stop immediately, you will be asked to leave, and you will forfeit your deposit.

• at this time, only the scheduled guest is allowed in the studio aka no children, friends, or pets are allowed.

• please put your phone on silent when you arrive. as a health and safety precaution, phone calls/phone usage are not allowed during your service.

• please do not bring any outside food or drinks. no exceptions. at this time, drinks are not provided during your service so please arrive very hydrated and ready for your service.

katalina will:

• stay up to date with vaccinations and test regularly as a health & safety practice.

• wear a mask and gloves during your appointment.

• wash hands thoroughly and consistently throughout the day.

• routinely disinfect “high-touch” areas such as door handles and desk surfaces.

• clean, sanitize, and disinfect all sanitizable implements and throw away disposable tools after every appointment.

all services are by appointment only. to reserve a spot, a deposit is required and will be credited towards your appointment.

this is a cash-free establishment. payment is accepted by debit/credit card. tap to pay is also available via square. no checks accepted.

to get the full experience, please arrive on time. please consider adding a 15 minute buffer before your appointment for parking. if you are more than 15 minutes late, your service will be cancelled and you will forfeit your deposit.

if you need to reschedule your appointment, you can adjust the date/time yourself up to 48 hours prior to your originally scheduled time. cancellations less than 48 hours prior and no-show appointments result in loss of deposit.

katalina does not offer spa massages. as a nail art specialist, she prefers to have as much time as possible to create artwork. the service provided is more like a tattoo appointment where you pay for an artistic service, not a spa treatment.

need product removal? please be sure to book a gel removal (if you have existing gel polish) or gel-x removal (if you have gel-x extensions) along with your appointment. acrylic, dip, and hard gel are not removed here and must be removed prior to your visit. failure to book appropriate removal services may result in appointment modification or rescheduling.

katalina proudly provides top-notch service with the best products on the market. please understand that nails are jewels, not tools and nail enhancements are not nail replacements. enhancements and gel typically require maintenance every 2-3 weeks. chips happen! a complimentary nail fix is offered within the first 5 days of your appointment. color & design must be the same as the original manicure.

pronouns are respected here, katalina's pronouns are she/her. an optional pronoun section is included on the intake form when booking your appointment.

'MANicures" or whatever are not on the service menu because gendered manicures are so 2000 and late. all are welcome to any service offered here.

the studio is free of hate speech and tries to constantly be sensitive to the needs of all. katalina has the right to refuse service to anyone at any time. this includes but is not limited to the usage of racist, sexist, classist, ableist, xenophobic behavior and/or language she feels is inappropriate. this is a safe space, anything less will not be tolerated.
