Born and based in New York City, Katalina began her career with beauty internships at Allure and Seventeen before becoming a hair and makeup artist. Her credits include assisting Sir John on Beyoncé’s Lemonade and multiple collaborations with Solange Knowles.

Katalina now specializes in nail artistry. Her work has been featured in ad campaigns for brands like Sephora and on the runways at New York Fashion Week. She also covers the beauty industry as a reporter for outlets such as Diet Prada.

In 2026, Katalina will open her first NYC nail studio in Greenpoint, Brooklyn.
