before your appt
✶ the studio is located in greenpoint, brooklyn. the address will be shared once your appt has been booked.
✶ plus-ones (ex: kids, friends, pets) and outside food are not permitted. no exceptions.
✶ acrylic/dip are not removed here & must be removed before your appt.
when you arrive
✶ time to unplug! please silence your phone and refrain from use during your service. calls are not allowed because art direction is collaborative and requires undisrupted communication.
✶ from the runway to camera roll faves, share any inspo you have. let’s make your nail art dreams come true!
running late?
please text katalina with an eta so she can let you know if she can accommodate you.
✶ if you are more than 10 mins late, services may need to be adjusted and you will still be charged the original service price.
✶ after 20 mins, your appointed is cancelled and charged as a late cancellation.
late cancellations
✶ feel free to reschedule or cancel on the booking site up to 48 hrs before your appt.
✶ less than 48 hrs notice is considered a late cancellation meaning the full price of the service will be charged to the card provided at booking.
✶ feeling sick? please reschedule asap. if you arrive with symptoms, service will be refused and you will be charged as a late cancellation.
