before your appt

• the studio is located in greenpoint, brooklyn. the address will be shared once your appointment has been confirmed.

• unfortunately, plus-ones (like kids, friends or pets) are not allowed since there is no room to accommodate them. no exceptions.

• please do not bring any outside food, drinks are fine!

• acrylic/dip are not removed here & must be removed before your visit.

• a 50% non-refundable deposit is required to schedule. the card remains on file in case cancellation fees apply.

cancellation policy

• please provide at least 48 hrs notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. please reschedule your appointment on the booking site.

• cancellations and rescheduling with less than 48 hours notice will be charged the full price of the service to the card provided at booking.

• feeling sick? please reschedule asap. if you arrive with symptoms, the service will be refused and you will be charged the full price of the service.

• running late? please text katalina with an eta so she can let you know if she can accommodate you.

— if you are more than 10 minutes late, services may need to be adjusted and you will be responsible for payment of the full original service booked.

— after 20 minutes, your appointed is cancelled and the full price of the service is charged to the card provided at booking.

on arrival

• time to unplug! please silence your phone and refrain from use during your service. calls are completely prohibited because art direction is collaborative and requires undisrupted communication.

• from runway looks to camera roll faves, feel free to share any inspo you have! let’s make your nail art dreams come true :)
