before your appt

✶ a 50% deposit is required to reserve and applies towards your service or late cancellation fee.

✶ the studio is located in greenpoint, brooklyn. the address will be shared in your confirmation email.

✶ plus-ones (ex: kids, friends, pets) and outside food are not permitted. no exceptions.

✶ acrylic/dip are not removed here & must be removed before your appt.

when you arrive

✶ from the runway to camera roll faves, feel free to share your inspo but please, no ai (╥﹏╥) let’s make your nail art dreams come true!

✶ time to unplug! please silence and refrain from using your phone during your service — art direction is collaborative and requires undisrupted communication.

running late?

please text katalina asap with an eta so she can let you know if she can accommodate you.

✶ if you are more than 15 mins late, your appointment is cancelled and your deposit is forfeited.

late cancellations

✶ feel free to reschedule or cancel on the booking site up to 48 hrs before your appt.

✶ less than 48 hrs notice is considered a late cancellation and your deposit is forfeited.

✶ feeling sick? please reschedule asap. if you arrive with symptoms, service will be refused and your deposit is forfeited.
