• to reserve an appointment, a deposit is required and will be credited towards your service.

• the studio is very small. at this time, only the scheduled guest is welcome (aka no children, friends, or pets — no exceptions).

• time to unplug! please silence your phone and refrain from using it during your manicure.

• please do not bring any outside food, n/a drinks are fine!

• if you are feeling sick, please reschedule ASAP. if you arrive showing any symptoms of illness, katalina has the right to refuse service and you will forfeit your deposit.

to get the full experience, please arrive on time. if you are more than 15 minutes late, your service will be cancelled and you will forfeit your deposit.

if you need to reschedule your appointment, you can adjust the date/time yourself up to 48 hours prior to your originally scheduled time. cancellations less than 48 hours prior and no-show appointments result in loss of deposit.

need product removal? please be sure to book a gel removal (if you have existing gel polish) or gel-x removal (if you have gel-x extensions) along with your appointment. acrylic and dip are not removed here and must be removed prior to your visit. failure to book appropriate removal services may result in appointment modification or rescheduling.

• pronouns are respected here, katalina's pronouns are she/her. an optional pronoun section is included when booking your appointment.

• hate speech is prohibited, including the use of racist, sexist, classist, ableist, xenophobic language. katalina has the right to refuse service at any time.
